At Sunbeam Vintage, we want you to love your curated finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that vintage pieces and custom upholstery are considered final sale due to their unique and made-to-order nature.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original materials and ship it back to our Los Angeles showroom using a tracked carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our team inspects the item to ensure it is in its original state, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
